📧 Email 1: Welcome Email (Day 0)

Triggered After First Walk-In Visit

Sent immediately after a walk-in customer's first visit. Confirms the transaction, sets expectations for future visits, and builds loyalty.

Option A — Warm & Personal

Option B — Value-Forward

💡 Implementation Notes

  • Trigger: Send within 1 hour of walk-in visit (or same day if batch processing)
  • Merge fields: {first_name} — personalize with customer's first name
  • Sender: Use a friendly "from" name like "Sin City Diabetics" or a team member name
  • Recommendation: Option A for first-time visitors (warmer), Option B for returning customers (value-forward)

📧 Email 2: 6-Month Re-Engagement (Day 180)

Triggered 6 Months After Last Visit — No Return

Sent to walk-in customers who haven't returned in 6 months. The goal is to re-activate them with a compelling reason to come back.

Option A — "We Miss You" + Incentive

Option B — Urgency + Value Reminder

Option C — Short & Direct

💡 Implementation Notes

  • Trigger: 180 days (6 months) after last walk-in visit, IF customer has NOT returned
  • Condition: Only send if the customer hasn't visited or engaged in the past 180 days
  • Option A — Best for high-value repeat customers (includes $15 incentive, adjust amount as needed)
  • Option B — Best for one-time visitors (urgency-driven, emphasizes expiration)
  • Option C — Best for large lists / batch sends (short, scannable, low friction)
  • Follow-up: If no response after 7 days, the existing 150-day promo SMS serves as a complementary touchpoint
  • Merge fields: {first_name}
